For customers who cannot travel, we offer remote video inspection. A live video call shows you the production line, random gmt pallets, and testing procedures. You can even ask us to perform specific tests (e.g., drop test, water absorption) on camera. Our fiber board quality control is based on batch traceability. Each batch has a unique number, and we keep records of raw material certificates, pressing parameters, and CNC measurements.
When you receive your block machine pallet, you will get a test report with actual measured data: flatness, thickness tolerance, impact resistance, and water absorption. We also welcome factory audits. You are invited to visit our factory at any time. See the raw material crushing system, three production lines, CNC finishing, and packing area. We have hosted audits from customers in Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia – all passed.
