This plastic block machine pallet is fully waterproof – no swelling, no rotting, even in wet curing or outdoor storage. However, PVC has lower heat resistance (max 60°C) and may creep under heavy loads. It is best suited for light to medium duty applications, such as manual block machines or small semi‑auto lines.
As a block machine pallet, it fits most manual and semi‑automatic machines from brands like Columbia, QGM, QT4‑20, and local Chinese machines. The smooth surface is non‑stick, reducing concrete adhesion and cleaning time.
Our brick machine pallet made of PVC is an economical choice for small plants or temporary projects. It is not recommended for steam curing chambers (high heat) or high‑frequency heavy vibration.
