Wooden pallets typically have a short lifespan of only 12-24 months and are easily affected by moisture, wear, and heavy vibration during production. Frequent replacement of wooden pallets increases downtime and overall production costs. By switching to GMT pallets, factories can greatly reduce maintenance and replacement frequency while ensuring stable and continuous block production.
For medium orders (up to 2 containers), the lead time is 10–15 days.
For large or bulk orders, the production time is 30–45 days depending on quantity.
1.Dimensional accuracy: Thickness tolerance within ±1mm and length tolerance within ±2mm.
2.Load-bearing test: Each pallet must pass bending test, and deflection must be within 1mm to be qualified.
3.Packaging inspection: Strong export packaging with reinforced steel straps to ensure no breakage or pallet scattering during transportation.
Only pallets that fully pass all inspections are allowed for shipment, ensuring reliable quality and stable performance for block factories.

For curbstone production, steel-edged pallets are often required to improve impact resistance, while standard concrete blocks usually do not require steel edges to reduce cost.
