Our GMT pallet production starts with continuous glass fiber mats and polypropylene resin. At our factory, we layer and compress them under high temperature and pressure to form a rigid, void‑free sheet.
After molding, the sheet is cooled and cut into precise dimensions. As a block machine pallet manufacturer, we then drill holes, route edges, and inspect every pallet for flatness and impact resistance.
The final brick machine pallet undergoes quality checks – including load testing and water absorption measurement. Each pallet is packed and shipped directly from our factory to customers worldwide.
