Proper packaging is critical for long‑distance export, especially for large gmt pallet orders. Our standard export packaging includes three layers: steel‑plastic straps (high tensile strength,不会生锈) for secure bundling, EP moisture‑resistant film to block humidity, and a wooden pallet base to elevate goods from container floor. For steel‑edged pallets, we add extra corner foam padding.
For large‑size pallets (e.g., 1500×1400mm), we use a 3‑separator packaging method. Three vertical separators are placed between each layer of pallets, distributing weight evenly and preventing the bottom pallets from bending under compression. This is essential for maintaining flatness after long sea journeys.
We arrange global shipping by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight, or rail. We have strong shipping experience to African markets including Ghana, Tanzania, Côte d'Ivoire, Congo, Nigeria, and South Africa, as well as Latin America (Brazil, Peru), Middle East (Saudi Arabia), and Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam). We work with major freight forwarders (DSV, Kuehne+Nagel) for competitive rates and reliable transit times.
Door‑to‑door delivery is available. We provide all export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any country‑specific documents. Optional shipping insurance (0.5‑1% of order value) covers transit damage. Our packaging has been tested for rough sea conditions – damage rate below 0.3%.
