For standard sizes (850×450×20mm, 880×550×25mm, 900×550×30mm, 1200×1100×40mm), samples are in stock and dispatch within 24 hours. For custom dimensions, we produce a sample in 7 working days.
What do you get? A fully finished block machine pallet, identical to bulk production – same material, surface, fiber content. We do not make “special” samples. You can test it on your actual brick machine pallet line: run cycles, check sticking, measure block thickness, inspect deformation. We also offer a video service: send us your machine vibration and mold dimensions, and we will test the sample on a simulated machine and send you the video.
The best part: the sample production cost is fully refundable on your first container order (20ft or 40ft). So the sample is effectively free. For multiple samples of different fiber contents or sizes, we offer 50% discount on the second and third. We ship samples via DHL/FedEx/UPS/– 10‑15 days to most countries. We charge only actual shipping cost, no markup.
