Designed for large sizes. We support oversize pallets such as 1200×1100×40mm, 1500×1200×45mm, 1400×1300×40mm, and other custom dimensions up to 2000mm length.
Precise machining tolerances. Length and width: ±2 mm. Thickness: ±1 mm. Polishing can achieve zero deviation on request.
High impact resistance and hardness. Withstands repeated vibration and heavy pressure without cracking or excessive wear.
Low water absorption (≤0.5%). No swelling, no rotting – keeps its shape even in wet curing yards.
Service life over 10 years. Under normal production, this brick machine pallet lasts more than a decade – far longer than wood or standard plastic.
