A GMT pallet made of 30% glass fiber with hemp filler may seem adequate at first. However, after about one year of regular use, hemp fiber leaks through the surface. The pallet becomes rough, concrete sticks, and cleaning becomes harder. (Glass fiber itself has metallic properties and never leaks.)
Our block machine pallet uses 50% continuous glass fiber reinforcement – no hemp filler. The higher glass fiber density keeps the surface smooth and non‑stick for 6‑8 years.
Brazil’s block machine market includes Chinese QT series (QT4‑20, QT4‑15, QT6‑15), German Masa (XL series), and local Brazilian WM (BL4000X, BL5000X). Every brick machine pallet is CNC machined to exact tolerances.
