High-Density Products Steal the Show
The company presented its flagship products: 30%-85% glass fiber GMT pallets, steel-edge pallets, and custom-sized block machine pallets up to 1500×1400mm. A highlight was the pallet produced on the new 3600-ton hydraulic press line, achieving a density of 1.3 g/cm³ – significantly higher than industry average. Visitors witnessed live demonstrations of the pallet’s non-stick surface, low water absorption (≤0.5%), and high hardness (>75 Shore D).
Global Buyers Respond Enthusiastically
Over 50 procurement managers and factory owners from Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, Ghana, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Italy, and the Netherlands visited the booth. Many expressed particular interest in the steel-edge pallet, which solves corner chipping and warping in humid and high-temperature curing environments.
On-Site Orders and Cooperation Talks
Three customers placed trial orders directly at the fair, including a Brazilian block plant ordering 1,000 pieces of 70% fiber pallets. Another Indonesian buyer scheduled a post-fair factory visit. “We were impressed by the density and flatness of their GMT pallets. This is exactly what we need for our automatic block machines,” said a Ghanaian customer.
